Our products are carefully sewn in Japan.
・Due to the nature of natural leather, leather parts and sheepskin sections may exhibit color variations or minor scratches. These are known as “natural marks” and serve as proof of the leather’s natural origin. While there may be individual variations in texture, we hope you will appreciate these as characteristics of natural leather.
・The edges of the leather may curl slightly. Please understand that this is a design feature.
・If you are concerned about the leather drying out or hardening, please use a leather conditioner or similar product to nourish it.
・To make the most of the down’s properties, the fabric must have a certain level of breathability. Therefore, down may occasionally poke through the fabric. If down pokes through the fabric surface, do not force it outward; instead, gently pull it from the inside to guide it back into the product.
